ASCOJA is made up of former Japan alumni associations from 10 ASEAN member countries and elects a chairperson and two vice-chairpersons every year.
ASCOJA VICE-CHAIR
The 1st Vice-Chair and 2nd Vice-Chair will be appointed.
The first vice-chair is the governor of the country that will host the ASCOJA General Assembly next to the chair country, and the second vice-chair is the governor of the next host country.
The Vice-Chairman supports the Chairman and is responsible for holding the ASCOJA General Assembly together with the Chairman.
WHAT IS THE ASCOJA BOARD OF DIRECTORS?
ASCOJA’s decision-making body is composed of representative members from the 10 ASCOJA member countries. In addition to holding regular meetings based on the ASCOJA Bylaws, it discusses day-to-day activities and problem-solving for the development of ASCOJA and the achievement of its goals, as well as amends the Bylaws and elects a chairperson and vice-chairperson.
